The first issues of the laconically titled “News” has no news. It contains, rather, a manifesto (at the bottom) and a declaration (the large box in the middle of the page.) Its intellectual sympathies are indicated by a familiar quote from Hegel that appears above the issue number: “The history of the world is nothing other than the development of the idea of freedom.”
